As Microsoft Cloud Solution Providers (CSP) we can assist in migrating your current email platform to the Microsoft Cloud – Office 365, and supply the entire range of Microsoft Office 365 licenses to your business with simple monthly billing.

From simple, dependable hosted email with a massive mailbox size provided by Microsoft Exchange online to the hugely popular Office 365 Business range or the fully featured Microsoft Office 365 Enterprise range, Oakwood can advise, plan, migrate and support your Microsoft Office 365 environment, synchronising your on-premises servers with your cloud platform using AzureConnect if needed.

Google’s cloud offering – GSuite offers “Everything you need to do your best work, together in one package that works seamlessly from your computer, phone or tablet.” Oakwood can offer support and advise on the GSuite package.

Operational IT support agreement

To help your business to manage its IT budget effectively Oakwood can provide support at a fixed monthly fee. Typically, giving support to customers without an IT Department, within pre-defined response times. Customers with a support agreement can relax and focus on running their business safe in the knowledge that a skilled engineer will respond to their problems within a specified time.

Ad-Hoc Service and Repairs

Customers can call on Oakwood Engineers as-and-when needed for remote diagnostics, telephone or on-site support of their IT related issues.

Advice and Support

We can offer advice and consultation services on your computers and server hardware as well as your network cabling and remote office links / WAN (Wide Area Network), choice of Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and any other computer related technology.
